Questions
- What counts as a document?
- Each invoice you upload or forward counts as one document. On paid plans there is no page limit, but an invoice longer than 5 pages counts as 2 documents. On the free plan, documents can have at most 5 pages.
- What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
- New documents are refused until your quota resets at the start of the next month, or until you move to a larger plan or buy an extra pack of 100 documents. We never charge overage fees without your consent. Unused documents do not carry over to the next month.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- Yes: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy.
- Where is my data stored?
- Files and extracted data are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, and original files are deleted after 30 days. The AI extraction step uses Anthropic, whose processing may take place in the United States. Details on our Security & data page.
